Money taken, bogus delivery, refund requested and no response. No customer service

Appalling Company

Terrible company with inept customer service. Item not delivered but they will accept NO responsibility.
Avoid them unless you are looking to throw your money away!!!

Over three months for chair delivery

Ordered a chair in February- original estimates said it would arrive late March, the latest estimates say it will arrive mid-June! Patchy communication throughout the past several months. I had to wait over 30 minutes to speak to customer service. Not impressed given how expensive the products are!

I ordered two products from Cox and…

I ordered two products from Cox and Cox, one arrived later despite paying for standard delivery and the other I am now told is unavailable. It was available when I ordered it, the money has left my account but I have since been told it would arrive by the end of April, now by the end of May. Very disappointed.Yes Conner did email me to update me, and assured me I would have the product by the end of the month (April). I responded on the same day, 22nd April. I have had no further response from Conner. I do understand this however I think if products are not available they should not be on the website and it should be clear there will be a delay in delivery, if this is the case.

Do not buy from this company.

Do not buy from this company.Deliveries are being pushed by months. 6months of waiting is an absolute minimum. They very nice over the phone but keep lying and at the end you receive completely different info on email.

Placed an ordered in early March with…

Placed an ordered in early March with stated delivery for mid March - no updates from the company since then on whether they have the items or not. Customer service tell you they have them in stock and they will be with you in 5 working days. They clearly can’t cope with the amount of orders they have taken. But a little bit of honesty instead of repeatedly lying to customers would be appreciated. DO NOT BUY
